Forget about Vuelta a España, Giro d’Italia, Le Tour de France and IRONMAN World Championship! Yesterday in #shanghai we had the hardest race of them all!
14 brave cyclists came in their PJs to take part in ITT and Crit race in Miaojiang Road! They brought fastest bikes out there – Mobikes! Each participant had to do one ITT lap and (if he was still alive) smash like there’s no tomorrow in 3 lap group race!
Both races were crushed by the one and only Ironman Ze German Maschinen Draftweltmeister Volker! Congrats! Volker during ITT race managed to beat world record time 3m02s (set by Marcin 15s earlier) by 3s and became fastest Mobiker in the history of cycling doing one lap in 2m59s hitting astonishing 35kph!
And congrats to Phil Tregaskis for his best PJ ever!
